These terms cover workshops and coaching from Ferdig Consulting, Ltd., doing business as PowerFlow GTM ("we"). By registering or booking, you agree to them.
1. What you're buying
Live online workshops and one-on-one coaching that teach you to build your own tools with AI. You build on your own computer, with your own accounts and your own data. We teach and support. We don't build it for you, and we don't host or run what you build.
2. Your LinkedIn account
The tools you build connect to LinkedIn through a third-party service. Any tool that connects to LinkedIn outside LinkedIn's own apps carries some risk of account restrictions. The setup guide explains that risk before the workshop. You decide whether to accept it, and you're responsible for your own LinkedIn account and your use of any third-party service. We aren't affiliated with LinkedIn.
3. Workshops and refunds
- Price: the price is shown on Luma when you register. Payment is due at registration.
- Cancel before the start: cancel any time before the workshop starts and you'll get a full refund.
- Account risk: if you decide at the start of the workshop that the account risk isn't for you, tell us and you'll get a full refund.
- After the start: once the workshop starts, there are no refunds other than for account risk.
- If we cancel: you choose a full refund or a seat at another date.
4. Coaching
- Blocks: coaching is sold in blocks of 2, 4 or 6 hours, in 2-hour sessions.
- Rescheduling: give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. A session missed without notice counts as used.
5. Recordings and materials
- Recordings and prompts: these are for your own use. Please don't resell or publicly repost them.
- What you build: you keep everything you build.
6. No guarantees
We'll teach you everything we can, but we can't guarantee specific results or that any third-party service will keep working. Services change, and APIs get shut off. When that happens, the skills you learned still apply to the next data source.
7. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the workshop or coaching in question.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you registered applies to that purchase.
