Privacy policy

This page explains what information Ferdig Consulting, Ltd., doing business as PowerFlow GTM ("we"), collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Toolkit signups. When you ask for the free toolkit, we collect your email address and store it in our customer records (Notion). We use it to send you the toolkit. We only send news about workshops and new modules if you check the opt-in box.
- Workshop registration and payment. Registration and payment run through Luma. Luma shares your name, email and registration details with us. We never see your full card number. Luma's own privacy policy covers how it handles your data.
- Coaching. If you book coaching, we keep your contact details and the messages you send us by email or Slack.
- Workshop recordings. Workshops are recorded. If your camera or microphone is on, you may appear in the recording. We share recordings only with people who registered for that workshop.
- Hosting logs. The site runs on Firebase Hosting (Google), which keeps standard server logs such as IP address and browser type.
- Embedded calendar. The workshop calendar is embedded from Luma and may set its own cookies.
Website visitor identification
We use RB2B, a website visitor identification service, on this site. It uses cookies to recognize some business visitors, mostly in the US, and can tell us details such as a visitor's name, company, job title, LinkedIn profile and business email. We may add that information to our customer records and contact you about our workshops.
When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout.
You also have the option to opt out of the collection of your personal data in compliance with GDPR by visiting https://www.rb2b.com/rb2b-gdpr-opt-out.
You can also decline non-essential cookies in the cookie banner on this site, or through "Cookie settings" in the footer.
What we don't collect
- We never see your LinkedIn messages. What you build in the workshop runs on your own computer, under your own accounts. We don't receive your LinkedIn messages or your login details for any service.
- We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services listed on this page.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe: every email we send has an unsubscribe link, or email us and we'll take you off the list.
- Opt out of visitor identification: use the two opt-out links above, decline cookies in the banner, or email us and we'll remove you from our records.
- See or delete your data: email info@powerflowgtm.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
